What is the difference between residential & commercial products?

Our commercial cold plunge line is engineered for high-volume use, maintaining optimal water quality under heavy bather loads. Plus, opting for our commercial units protects your investment with a warranty tailored to the rigors of commercial settings.

Can the ultimate lite inflatable be used without a chiller?

Yes, it’s great for events or temporary setups to be used with ICE only.

What are power & plumbing requirements?

Electrical installation requires a dedicated 120v, 15-amp circuit, positioned within a 5-foot radius of the unit. Plumbing is simplified; a nearby floor drain is preferred for gravity drainage. The unit includes a standard drain outlet for hose connection. An optional in-line pump will increase drainage efficiency.

Does it require professional installation, or is it plug-and-play?

It's designed for simple plug-and-play setup! Our delivery team will place the unit where you want it, and you can have it running in about 15-30 minutes.

What's the recommended water change schedule?

We advise a water change every two weeks as a minimum. To minimize changes, implement regular cleaning routines and ensure clients shower before entering. This will help maintain water quality and extend the time between changes.

Will this fit into my space?

Can I position the chiller in a different area?

Yes, the maximum hose length is 8ft, and the chiller needs to be positioned 24” below the water line of the plunge as the water flowing through the chiller is gravity fed. Access to the filter is required for ongoing maintenance as well.

What maintenance is required for commercial use?

Why A Vertical Cold Plunge?

It is easier to control the depth of immersion when entering a vertical cold plunge. This allows you to gradually acclimate to the cold by submerging your body slowly, starting with your feet and working up.

Laying down causes your diaphragm to work against gravity, which can make deep breathing more difficult. Sitting upright facilitates better breathing which is crucial for relaxation and acclimatization.

The upright position promotes better circulation of blood and fluids throughout the body. In a horizontal position, blood flow can be more restricted in certain areas, making it harder for your body to adapt to the cold and maintain a stable internal temperature.
